Having previously experienced the impeccable service of this distinguished property during my birthday in 2024, I returned without hesitation for another special occasion: the celebration of my beloved mother’s birthday. Despite our early arrival, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Special thanks to Ms. Thet Htet, Guest Relations Officer, whose graciousness and attentiveness made our welcome truly memorable. She embodies the highest standard of courtesy and represents the hotel with excellence. Our accommodation exceeded expectations. I deeply appreciated the thoughtful touches for my mother’s birthday. The room, impeccably prepared, offered breathtaking skyline views. My heartfelt thanks to Ms. Samjhana, who decorated it with elegant care—towel swans and celebratory details brought real joy to my mother. Breakfast each morning was a delight—abundant, fresh, and diverse, with attentive and seamless service. The hotel’s location remains one of its greatest strengths: central, connected, ideal for both business and leisure. Yet it is the staff—dedicated and professional—who give this hotel its true soul. I want to thank Aisha, Ahmed, and Mohammed at the reception for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were always smiling and ready to assist me with anything I needed, making me feel right at home. I stayed full board and really enjoyed the food, which was ideal as I was attending a conference at the World Trade Centre. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro entrance that is just one stop from the venue. I switched from taxis to Gold Class metro travel, which was faster, cheaper, and far more convenient for the whole week. The upgraded carriage was a great bonus. Overall, a truly excellent experience.

Hotel personnels were kind and nice with flexibility in check in check out specially Miss Radia was nice and helpfull > Mr Riyaz ( Concierge )was so helpful and make us feel as we are dealing with family member.He made us easy transfer to airport > He is really great personnel like wise miss Radia

The staff (specifically at the restaurant) is very nice. The food also was very good (full board) and diverse. We were given a high floor, the view was magnificent. Rooms are okay. They gave us an extra bed free of charge because we were 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and 2 queen beds are a bit small.
