Special thanks to Ms. Thet Htet, Guest Relations Officer, whose graciousness and attentiveness made our welcome truly memorable. She embodies the highest standard of courtesy and represents the hotel with excellence. Our accommodation exceeded expectations. I deeply appreciated the thoughtful touches for my mother’s birthday. The room, impeccably prepared, offered breathtaking skyline views. The breathtaking views. The warmth and professionalism of the staff. They responded immediately and with generosity when I had an issue with my first room. I stayed full board and really enjoyed the food, which was ideal as I was attending a conference at the World Trade Centre. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro entrance that is just one stop from the venue. I switched from taxis to Gold Class metro travel, which was faster, cheaper, and far more convenient for the whole week. The upgraded carriage was a great bonus. Overall, a truly excellent experience.
