room was not ok in the first stage, but Mr. Saif who is very kind and understanding person has changed the room for us and was really good. appreciate his support. breakfast was good. location is good as well.

Hotel is clean and lobby smells very good. Staff were very kind, responisve and they gave answers to our questions. Hotel is right next to metro station Emirates tower. In general location is very good. Rooftop pool is included in price and is very nice. Our room was tidy, clean, all mentioned items were there. We had iron, shower things, towels, slippers, water, coffee, tea. You can ask for room service without additional price and they remake the room just perfect. We also chose breakfast. Very delicious, wide offer, that also changed a little bit day by day and you can also try some traditiona food. Also staff in the kitchen was very nice and welcoming. Yes, there were moments when we needed to wait for the elevator a little bit but it wasnt longer than 5minutes so I do not see it as an issue. Also there is possibility to leave your luggage for free while you wait for check in or check out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and definitely reccomend!

Property walking distance from the Emirate Towers metro station and the Future Museum which is big plus! The staff is also nice. The rooms which have the City View are the best! You can see Future Museum and Burj Khalifa if you come close to the windows of the room. You can see sunrise and sunset!
